Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use & Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Reva Labs, an Ontario-registered business (“Reva Labs,” “Worktable,” “we,” or “us”). They govern worktable.dev, official Worktable downloads, and local or self-hosted Worktable.
By downloading, installing, or using an official Worktable release, you agree to these Terms. If you use Worktable for an organization, you confirm that you can accept them for that organization.
Worktable Cloud is a separate hosted subscription governed by the Worktable Cloud Terms (including its refund terms) and Privacy Policy.
The Worktable licence
Worktable is proprietary software. Subject to these Terms, you may download, install, and use official compiled Worktable releases for your own work, including internal work for an organization.
You may not copy or redistribute Worktable binaries, sell or sublicense the application, offer it as a service to third parties, remove ownership notices, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity. Contact us if you need distribution or use rights outside this licence.
The public installer and documentation are governed by the limited Worktable repository licence. Third-party components remain governed by their own notices and licences.
Your content stays yours
You keep all rights you have in the documents, records, files, HTML docs, annotations, prompts, messages, and other material in your workspace. These Terms do not give Reva Labs ownership of that content.
Local and self-hosted Worktable store workspace content in the location you choose. Reva Labs does not receive that content through ordinary product operation. You are responsible for having the rights needed to store and process it.
Agents and third-party services
You choose which agents, model providers, repositories, tunnels, proxies, backups, and other services connect to Worktable. A connected agent can read or change content within the permissions you grant.
Those services are governed by their own terms. Reva Labs does not control their availability, output, security, pricing, or data practices. Reva Labs does not use customer content or personal information to train models, sell it, or use it for advertising.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- protecting the device and infrastructure running Worktable;
- configuring passwords, agent tokens, network access, TLS, backups, and connected services appropriately;
- reviewing commands, generated content, code, and file changes before relying on or executing them;
- keeping copies appropriate to the value of your work; and
- using Worktable lawfully and without violating another person’s rights.
Follow the Security Policy before exposing Worktable beyond your machine or conducting security research.
Updates, support, and availability
Worktable is evolving software. Releases may add, change, or remove features, and previews may be incomplete. Update checks, downloads, documentation, and support may occasionally be unavailable.
We may stop supporting an old release when security, compatibility, or maintenance requires it. You decide when to update a local or self-hosted installation, but older versions may no longer receive fixes or work with current integrations.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent the law permits, Worktable and its public distribution services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or fit for every particular purpose.
Agents and artificial-intelligence systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, insecure, or harmful output. Review their work before relying on it. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where they cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law permits, Reva Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from Worktable or these Terms.
Our total liability for all claims arising from local or self-hosted Worktable, the public websites, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid directly to Reva Labs for the applicable product during the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. They do not override non-waivable consumer rights.
Ontario law, changes, and contact
Ontario law and the applicable federal laws of Canada govern these Terms. Courts located in Toronto, Ontario have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. These Terms do not require arbitration.
We may update these Terms for future downloads and releases. We will post the revised Terms here and update the dates above. The Terms presented with a release govern your use of that release unless a change must apply sooner to comply with law or address a security issue.
